The link will take you to a Google Form to complete registration. 

Registration fees are due by May 18, 2026. $100 will hold your spot if payments need to be spaced out! The total registration fee is $275.

Payment can be sent on Venmo to @CMASpringRetreat or on CashApp to $JohnMannos.
