How do I register for the retreat?
Easy! Use the "Registration" button you see above! Please fill out the form & you'll be contacted with how to send payment.
What is included in the cost of my registration?
Registration fees include room & board, meals, snacks, & activities for the weekend.
Are meals included with my registration?
Yes! You'll be provided dinner on Friday night; breakfast, lunch, & dinner on Saturday; breakfast on Sunday. Snacks & drinks will be out & available all weekend.
I can't afford the registration fee. Are there scholarships?

I have food allergies/restrictions. Can that be accommodated?
Yes, please indicate if you have any allergies or restrictions in your registration. If something cannot be accommodated by the retreat center kitchen, a retreat committee member will reach out to you.
What time is check-in?
Check-in will be open at 6p. We cannot begin check-in earlier than 6p based on the agreement with LaSalle Manor. 
I don't have a car. Is travel to & from LaSalle Manor included?
No, attendees are responsible for getting to & from the site. The Committee does assist in connecting fellows with drivers prior to the retreat. 
What are the rooms like? What do I need to bring?
Every attendee get's a private room with a bed, mirror, sink, & drawers/hangers. Sheets, a blanket, & a pillow are provided. Many fellows do bring an extra pillow and/or blanket from home!
When will we know what the weekend schedule looks like?
While we are still in the planning phase, the schedule currently posted is an example. Once the schedule for the weekend is solidified, it will be updated on the website. Attendees will also receive schedules at registration. 
Can I volunteer to support the retreat?

Thank you! Yes, we definitely can use assistance the weekend of the retreat. Thank you for being of service.

Please note that if you receive a scholarship, you will be required to volunteer at some point during the retreat. You will get this information in advance of the retreat. 

Are there any special guidelines?

Great question! This is a sober retreat and to that end, there should be no substances on site. If anyone is found to have substances with them, they will be asked to leave.

Additionally, there will be a code of conduct agreement that all attendees will need to review & sign. This will be shared in advance of the weekend.

How remote is LaSalle Manor? Is it easy to grab something if I forgot to pack it?

LaSalle Manor Retreat Center is approximately a 90-to-120 minute drive from Chicago, depending on traffic & departure location. 

There are a number of shops less than a 15 minute drive from the retreat center, including a Wal-Mart, Casey's Convenience Store, Starbucks, & Dunkin Donuts.
